Why I just added one-time coaching packages to my online shop (even though I’ve historically been against it)

If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for longevity.

In my 10 years of practice, I’ve found this:

We don’t need someone to come in and push us harder.

We need someone to come in and meet us right where we’re at — help us understand how we got there — and reactivate our divine potential, at a pace, rate, and skill level that truly resonates with us.

We don’t need domination, execution, online modules, or more directions to follow.

We need to be felt, experienced, witnessed, and heard. By a real person. With real capacity. In real time.

One of my favorite authors, Black science fiction writer Octavia E. Butler, writes in her novel, Parable of the Talents:

"Partnership is giving, taking, learning, teaching, offering the greatest possible benefit while doing the least possible harm.
Partnership is mutualistic symbiosis.
Partnership is life."

Partnership. That’s what I think any good coaching relationship is.

A true collaboration. A mutual honoring. A gathering place of shared visions and shared respect.

Because that container is more relational, there is more flexibility to ebb and flow with your finances overtime. Although my rates for 12 months of coaching typically stay in the $30,000 USD / $2,500 USD a month range, I have also happily negotiated alternate payment arrangements, structures, and even amounts with clients who want to experience the full transformative effects that working with me for 1 full year can bring.

Long story short — we’ll figure it out.
