As a small business owner, I sometimes rely on traditional entrepreneurial strategy to design my website, marketing materials, and overall business structure. This means I do things like make sure my home page really calls you in, establishes a connection, is visually pleasing, and highlights the most important parts of my offering. On my home page, I try my best to keep it SHORT, but I’ll admit, it’s a struggle for me. I am a LONG-WINDED, deeply expressive human BY NATURE — so I REALLY want to share every single detail with you, from my heart! It’s a balancing act. Another round of transparency — I have been burned by online coaching models.

I have paid thousands of dollars to people I did not establish a safe, secure, warm relationship with, only to find out they weren’t great fit for me once our work together began. I didn’t get a refund. That sucked. I felt stuck in a bad fit dynamic, completely gutted, demoralized, and not getting what I need. This experience fuels me and inspires me to go to great lengths to avoid creating that same experience for you.

That’s why in my own coaching model, I move at the speed of trust, to the best of my ability and capacity. I also work selectively and intimately, establishing a handful of quality 1-1 client relationships at a time, with the intent and plan to nourish them, year after year — as I hope to be a long-term asset to you on your healing path. I see you as a human becoming a part of my energetic ecosystem, not a number I am trying to “churn out.” From this place, I say “yes” to client relationships that I believe will result in a culture of mutual flourishing, where I can feel the power of my work being of service to you and where you can feel the full spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental benefits of your choice to care this deeply about your life.

While our work together is ultimately about getting YOU where you want to be, working with you fulfills me, too, and I have no shame in owning that! When we start our work together, you become a cherished part of my life. I keep an adaptable business model that allows us to create a culture unique to our coaching relationship, while being sure to still hold the structure and boundaries in place to support your growth experience, as well as my practitioner ethics.

The truth? We are community.

Some of my clients find me through word of mouth referrals, or because we are members of a shared community or have a trustworthy person in common. I value this. I don’t believe in a world where we have to deny our connection in order to have a therapeutic relationship. Actually, in my experience, leaning into our connection actually enriches our work even more — and, it’s what sets working with me apart from working with other practitioners. I care about you deeply. The scale of that care is communicated and felt. I believe trust is the greatest currency, mattering a great deal before an exchange of money and time. Even if you found my work via an unexpected portal on the internet, know that I appreciate your trust and I care a lot about earning it when we connect.

What happens in our intro session?

AKA, The power of the“vibe check.”

If we’ve never met or spent a significant amount of time chatting before, we’ll have a 45 minute intro session, where we connect and decide if we’re a great fit. You don’t need to do a single thing to prepare (but knowing you, I bet you’ll come prepared anyways!). Come as you are, bring what’s on your heart and mind, and we’ll get somewhere really good together.

In our intro session, I make sure we have enough time together for you to really feel the spirit of our connection and get a taste of how I work (and how it resonates in your body).

Usually, after our intro session, we can both sense the potential for working together.

My hope is that having this somatic and energetic information available can guide us in making a conscious choice.

You can still work with me, even if you don’t think you’re my “ideal” client or a part of my “niche.”

I genuinely believe that if you feel called towards me, we have work to do together, because this has been my experience with every single client, every single time.

Sometimes people completely outside my “niche” find me, insist on working with me, and I have no idea why — but I show up, and three weeks or three months or two years later, I suddenly completely understand.

Other times, people who, on paper, might be a great fit, aren’t really open, available, or ready to commit.

I have had people come to work with me on one thing, then a few months or years later, we suddenly realize we’re working on another thing — that is to say, I believe there are layers and dimensions and forces shaping our work that are larger than us, and not always conscious to our human minds. In this line of work, I have learned to just trust. There is so much beauty in the unfolding and unveiling of this process, and even as I try and stay ahead of it, as your practitioner (and psychic), I am still frequently surprised.

I once said to a client “My work reveals itself to me.” Meaning when I put myself out there, in the direction of the energy and the flow, the work I am meant to do and the people I am meant to do it with finds me. I make myself fully available to whoever appears in front of me. This is how I deliver exceptional spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic care.

So if you feel called to me, trust it. We’ll lean into the mystery together.

and Your Capacity for Tolerating Uncertainty and Discomfort.

There are some elements of my work that simply can’t be captured or quantified. Sigh
But oh how I’ve tried!

I have, in my 10+ years of ethereal craft, struggled to put onto paper the mechanisms of my work. When I try my hardest to explain it to people via powerpoints, diagrams, 30 minute monologues, or 100 page long theses, they just can’t grasp it. People are confused. The mechanisms of my work seem to really only make logical sense to me.

That doesn’t mean it isn’t highly effective - in fact, quite the contrary. I’m so amazed by the gentleness, strength and acuity of my unique approach that sometimes I walk around thinking “wow, I’m one of the most talented healers on the planet.” Egotistical? Maybe. But being able to help my clients in such big ways when they’ve struggled to find support literally every else means the absolute world to me — really. So I keep doing it. I hope one day I can figure out how to better explain it, quantify it, and teach it. But for right now, we’re all just gonna have to lean in.

My work, in its totality, is non-traditional, rogue, dynamic — flowing on an undercurrent. It is energetic, ethereal, and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced — which means it will impact you in ways you’ve never experienced. I recognize that might feel confusing, uncomfortable or hard.

The human brain loves identifying things. Labels can make us feel safe. So I do my best to provide enough information for you to consent to engaging in coaching with me, while also offering the caveat that working with me is an experience — I cannot offer you a step-by-step, thoroughly detailed guide that illustrates, with complete certainty, what our work together will be like. I also do not offer you quantifiable results because your desired results will be specific to you. So we’ll set those together. So much of this spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic work involves the humility of knowing I only have part of the design — you and God bring the rest.

I know this may not be comforting.
I know entering into 12 month container with a person who is promising something you can’t yet touch might feel uneasy at first.

And unfortunately — or maybe fortunately — there’s nothing I can do to change that.

Alas.

My work is best fit for those who can tolerate a little discomfort at the beginning, who are willing to trust themselves enough to know they’ve been pulled towards me for a reason, who are willing to trust that a sense of safety and security will develop overtime.

My intention is to give enough structure that you feel like "I’ve got us",” but not so much structure that Spirit isn’t free to talk with us, move through us, and express itself as it sees fit. Coaching with me is a container for your becoming — which means neither one of us know exactly what will unfold.

But I promise if you show up, week after week, with an open-heart, liberatory spirit, and nimble mind, you’ll be floored by the results.

Warning: I’m Not A Traditional Coach!

I recently heard that coaches are people the wealthy hire to get them somewhere when they are not willing to do the work necessary to get there on their own….how boring! Let me be the first to tell you, I work with people from all walks of life, across the class spectrum, with all sorts of layers of access, privilege, and oppression, in varying degrees of relationship to wealth and money, and they all have one thing in common: a willingness to show up for the work.

That’s all you really need to bring.

What I bring? A unique 3-in-1 approach to coaching, which I call Intuitive Care — it synthesizes my background in coaching, consulting, and counseling to create a really dynamic blend of healing that is therapeutic and motivating for you. It’s what comes natural to me and what seems to create the most remarkable, life-changing experience for my clients.

I always want to hear what you think and feel, but I won’t leave you without guidance. You hired me for a reason. I will help you hold your work in really big ways. I will guide you, consult with you, give you fabulous ideas, advise you when you ask, support with special projects, help you integrate your trauma, move our work forward intuitively, bring forth nuggets of wisdom and clarity you cannot access by yourself, and a bunch of other wild shit we dream up together.

In general, I do my best work with folks who take full responsibility for their destinies and are excited to enrich their lives — even if it that process annoys them sometimes. ;)

Yes. In fact, I’m probably the best person to do so.

I work extensively with digital security consultants to make sure my fully virtual practice is as technologically secure as possible, following recommendations and making those recommendations in my work with clients.

I take confidentiality seriously — I move with the ethics of a therapist, except I am not a mandatory reporter (intentional — this is a huge reason why I repeatedly choose to not pursue clinical licensure, despite having the opportunity). I don’t tell anyone you’re my client and I leave it up to you to share about our work together with others in your life as you see fit.

I see your humanity. I also see the immense power you are bringing into the world. You hold a lot of responsibility and it’s my job to help that responsibility feel easier to hold. I know what it’s like to be a person experiencing criminalization, pathologization, and fetishization in the world. So I offer custom VIP packages, where we can negotiate confidentiality, boundaries and parameters you need to feel safe, protected, and supported in our container and beyond.
